I signed up for a free 30-day trial of the daily burn. As well as a free 7-Day trial with a trainer.
Only to find out I was charged nearly $100. I tried to contact them through email to which I received no response.
Then I tried calling them through Pissed Consumer with still no response. No I certainly don't recommend them.

I bought the product, feeling confident that it would work. It did not let even a little bit.
It cost me a lot of moneybecause we let it go too long.
We got no money back not even part of it. I’m very very disappointed, and very wary of buying anything online anymore.

- - Cannot cancel without login; no reply to emails and charges continue; requests stopping payments and refunds on Capital One Savor card.
I cant cancel a subscription I dont know the login for, I sent emails about this I don't know 6 months maybe ago when I noticed this, no response, I disputed the charge but still getting charged.
Come on, this is clearly a case of a scamming company, theres zero reason that I should have to pay over and over for something I never wanted or used. Like I'm unemployed right now and am having insane financial hardships and you guys just sleep at night great knowing this is causing such a burden to me and have nearly no customer service team.
I get it, why would you have better access to things that will take money from people without serving any service or product at all to the individual, ya its a great business model, but I'm asking as nice as I can if you could please stop taking payments and do any refunds for any of the previous ones charged I will change my attitude toward your company as a whole.
Thank you lets resolve this, its a Capital One Savor card thats been getting charged for... I'm not sure how long.
