Signed up for a free 7 day trial and was charged instantly. I had charge $59 and $89 when I tried to call customer service 3 times and every time no one answered. Every review I looked up said it was a scam. Don't be fooled by them..

Credit card charged without consent

The website stated that there's a 30-day free trial. However, the second I subscribed for the free trial, my card was charged the total amount of $87. I've been trying to reach the company, but no answers, not even a voicemail. What kind of company is this??? I canceled my subscription but still no refund. I want a total refund!!! People work hard for their money!!!

Update since my last review

I was charged the total amount of what was supposed to be a 30-day trial and monthly payment subscription. I emailed customer care on Thanksgiving Day and received a reply and a refund on the Monday. Although i have read many bad comments about daily burn : people still waiting on their refunds, people unable to speak to a representative..., in my case it was none of that cause i was had someone reply back and a refund processed.

I cancelled my trial because I never got time to try it out. Woke up this morning to a charge on my account. I tried to sign into my account and it said my email didn't exist! So how can I cancel it if I don't even exist it your system but still get charged! I want my money back please!

I've been charge for two months on some thing I do not have a subscription to. I may have had it at one time several months ago but I canceled it before the free trial ended and it is no longer in my subscriptions list so I know I canceled it properly. I have sent two emails with no response.

Did not order subscription

I did not order this subscription I've been charged two different payments of $19.95 and I have issued and dispute with Apple card. I do not want your product I'm handicapped there's no way I can use your product and I did not order your product. I tried to call the phone number listed on your contact information it is out of service I called the second number and it went to a personal phone call or phone number.
