Im getting charged for service never used for years now
I cant cancel a subscription I dont know the login for, I sent emails about this I don't know 6 months maybe ago when I noticed this, no response, I disputed the charge but still getting charged.
Come on, this is clearly a case of a scamming company, theres zero reason that I should have to pay over and over for something I never wanted or used. Like I'm unemployed right now and am having insane financial hardships and you guys just sleep at night great knowing this is causing such a burden to me and have nearly no customer service team.
I get it, why would you have better access to things that will take money from people without serving any service or product at all to the individual, ya its a great business model, but I'm asking as nice as I can if you could please stop taking payments and do any refunds for any of the previous ones charged I will change my attitude toward your company as a whole.
Thank you lets resolve this, its a Capital One Savor card thats been getting charged for... I'm not sure how long.

JAVA BURN Not working.
Used JAVA BURN powder in coffee every day and it DID NOT work. I gained 5 pounds instead!
Please return my money as guaranteed in your advertisement.

Signed up for a free 7 day trial and was charged instantly. I had charge $59 and $89 when I tried to call customer service 3 times and every time no one answered.
Every review I looked up said it was a scam. Don't be fooled by them..

Update since my last review
I was charged the total amount of what was supposed to be a 30-day trial and monthly payment subscription. I emailed customer care on Thanksgiving Day and received a reply and a refund on the Monday. Although i have read many bad comments about daily burn : people still waiting on their refunds, people unable to speak to a representative..., in my case it was none of that cause i was had someone reply back and a refund processed.

Charged and cancelled my subscription
I cancelled my trial because I never got time to try it out. Woke up this morning to a charge on my account.
I tried to sign into my account and it said my email didn't exist!
